Parx Liberty Carousel
Saddle up and hop aboard the Parx Liberty Carousel for a gentle ride on Center City’s only year-round carousel. You’ll go round and round and up and down, surrounded by the sights and sounds of Winter in Franklin Square and the Electrical Spectacle presented by PECO.

Winter in Franklin Square Opening Night November 21
Join us to kick off the holiday season with the first Electrical Spectacle Light Show of the winter presented by PECO featuring a new holiday song by The Philly Specials! Complete with festive holiday music by The Philadelphia Girls Choir, free professional holiday photos, and a $1 Opening Night discount on Chilly Philly Mini Golf and the Parx Liberty Carousel.
Nutcracker Night with The Philadelphia Dance Company | November 24

The Philadelphia Dance Company performs dances from The Nutcracker in the Square!
Jingle & Mingle with Santa | Multiple dates beginning November 29

Santa will make a special appearance on December 12 from 5 – 6pm!
Meet Santa right here in Franklin Square! Take your picture with the big man himself on Saturdays leading up to his favorite day of the year.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Service Weekend January 18 - 20
Bring NEW scarves, hats, and gloves to donate to Bethesda Project, a nonprofit organization that
provides shelter, housing, and supportive services to adults experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.
Get one free Parx Liberty Carousel ride or free admission to the Betsy Ross House per person with each donation.
