Grab your bestie and join us at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 26 for Slice of History: A Race Through Time at the Betsy Ross House. It’s part scavenger hunt, part time-travel adventure and all fun.
Teams of two will tackle challenges, solve clues, crush challenges, and race through time for a chance to win great prizes. Along the way, you’ll visit iconic historic sites, meet a Founding Father and a Founding Mother, and learn a few things they didn’t teach you in school. Finish with beer from Triple Bottom Brewing and pizza in the Betsy Ross House courtyard.
Meet in the Betsy Ross House courtyard for your first clue and get ready to lock in to race through history!
A Race Through Time is presented in partnership with Pizza to the Polls and Civic Season, a new tradition (Juneteenth–July 4) connecting Gen Z with the tools and stories to power our democracy. Powered by Made by Us, a nationwide network of museums, libraries, and archives reimagining history for the next generation. The event is sponsored by A Friend of the Betsy Ross House.
