In this special program, Historic Philadelphia, Inc. partners with the master chocolatiers at Shane’s Confectionery to unwrap the rich history of chocolate in Philadelphia. Step behind the scenes to discover how today’s artisans transform cacao beans into bars, and savor the story of chocolate’s evolution from the colonial era to the present day.

Along the way, you’ll indulge in four handcrafted sweet tastings that highlight changing flavors and techniques across time. Space is limited to just 18 guests per tour, making this an intimate, hands-on experience you won’t want to miss.
