Historic Philadelphia, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our online visitors. It is our intent to balance our legitimate business interests in collecting and using information received from and about you with your reasonable expectations of privacy. The following is the way we handle information learned about you from your visits to our website.

Financial Information
Historic Philadelphia, Inc. places a high priority on protecting any personal financial information that you provide. When you purchase tickets or make a contribution, we use your credit card information only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. Credit card information is transmitted through but is not stored on a web-enabled server. This information is not stored on our website and we will never share this information with third parties.
Security Used
We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls. Access controls include: password protection, electronic firewalls and data encryption used to protect all personal and financial information, and credit card information is not stored on a web-enabled server. This data is accessed only for purposes specified in this privacy policy.

Our links connect you to our partners and supporters who generously give their time and resources to support the efforts of Historic Philadelphia, Inc. However, because websites can change so quickly, we can not guarantee the standards of every website link we provide or be responsible for the content of these sites.
TICKET POLICY
All Sales are final. This ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as HISTORIC PHILADELPHIA, ONCE UPON A NATION or FRANKLIN SQUARE. There are no refunds. Exchanges can be made for a $3.00 fee per order. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the Order Confirmation sent via mail, fax or email, credit card used in the purchase and proper photo identification. Historic Philadelphia, inc. reserves the right to deny any latecomers access to a purchased tour. All guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of all tours.
Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status is noted on the ticketing hotline: 215.629.4026.
All persons on tours, attractions or attending performances, including children under age 6, must have a ticket. Please check event listing for family-friendly designation. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated or placed at the discretion of the production staff.
Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment are not allowed.
Tickets purchased through our website are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. If you are purchasing tickets for a different person actually taking the tour, please include the actual guest’s name in the Shipping section of the online order form. We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. In the event of a cancellation or box office pick-up (with photo ID), we will contact you via email within two business days.
There may be per-order ticket limits established by management for some events. Any ticket purchase of 20 or more is considered a group and must be handle via the Group Sales Hotline: 215.629.5801 x.206
