Welcoming Visitors Back Safely

Historic Philadelphia, Inc. is committed to the safety of all guests and staff who visit the Betsy Ross House. The following procedures will be implemented by staff and guests. Signage at each entrance recommends that guests stay home if they are sick, wear masks, stay six feet apart for social distancing, and sanitize their hands.

For the safety of our visitors and our staff, please read the following guidelines before visiting the Betsy Ross House.

Please note: Wait times for tours of the Betsy Ross House may be longer due to limited capacity due to CDC and state guidelines. Please plan accordingly to allow for extended wait times.

Inside & Outside

Masks will be required inside the Betsy Ross House and in the Courtyard. If you do not have a mask, we will be selling paper masks for $1.

Please follow instruction from floor decals and signs throughout the Betsy Ross Courtyard and Museum Shop.

Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the Courtyard. Please make sure to sanitize before and after visiting.

To allow for comfortable and safe relaxation of our guests, tables and seats will be placed six feet apart.
